Course Overview:

• The Advanced Workshop will introduce core concepts, theories, and therapeutic strategies related to heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback, accompanied by practical demonstrations and clinical application sessions.
• The Applied Workshop will explore how HRV biofeedback can be used in psychological therapy, group settings, and other areas, as well as the application of simple biofeedback techniques. This workshop aims to enhance participants' ability to provide evidence-based treatments with physiological foundations.

Important Notes:

1. It is recommended that participants have a foundational knowledge of biofeedback before registering. Non-members and professionals in mental health are welcome to apply.
2. This course has been approved for clinical psychologist continuing education credits.
3. Those wishing to apply for Biofeedback and Therapeutic Professional Certification (for individual members only) must complete a 24-credit, four-stage course. This workshop covers stages 3 and 4 and can be taken independently, without the need to complete stages 1 and 2 first.
