Please print the application documents and submit them to the department office two weeks before the oral defense. The text does not need to be bound into a red booklet; simply staple the pages together

Explanation:
The total amount for guidance fee is 4000 (for dual supervision, it will be halved, and calculated accordingly).
If the oral examination committee member is the same as the review committee member and has registered data, only the ID number, service unit, title, and signature are required on the receipt; otherwise, the committee member must fill in complete details, and a photocopy of the committee member’s bankbook must be submitted.
The date on the receipt must be the date of the oral examination.
