  • 2024-08-20

Mindfulness-Based Helping Association (MBHA) is dedicated to rooting mindfulness therapy deeply in Taiwan and the Chinese cultural world, while also developing a professional network for mindfulness-based helping in the Asia-Pacific region. Since its founding, the association has maintained close cooperation with mindfulness teachers and institutions in Europe and the U.S., actively promoting mindfulness helping practices and training, and fostering long-term development of academic research in mindfulness.

This year, the association will host the 2024 Academic and Practical Symposium on "Physical and Mental Well-being in the Digital Era: Reconnecting the Lost Mind-Body Connection" on October 19th, Saturday, at Chung Shan Medical University. The symposium aims to share different mindfulness and embodied practices from experts, helping individuals reconnect with their mind-body unity and find ways to achieve mental and physical stability amidst the challenges and stress of the world.
