Workshop: 10/27 CBT and ACT for Depression – Practice, Therapy Sessions, and Skill Drills

This workshop is focused on hands-on practice, teaching participants how to apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in the treatment of depression. The key areas of focus include case studies, strategies, techniques, and important considerations when applying these therapies.

CBT and ACT are both highly effective psychological treatments for depression, but knowing how to effectively apply their strategies and techniques in a clinical setting requires experience and wisdom. With decades of teaching and practical experience in CBT and ACT for depression, instructors Dr. Su-Huang Chang and Dr. Ben-Sheng Chang, along with Dr. Cheng-Chang Huang leading the discussion, this will be an enriching one-day workshop on applying CBT and ACT to depression.
