Garmin Taiwan’s Holistic Health Department, led by HR Grace, has successfully established an in-house counseling space this year, and with approval from the Taiwanese Psychological Association, it is now an official internship site for counseling psychologists. Starting next year, Garmin will be recruiting intern counseling psychologists. The company’s counseling office is equipped with professional psychological supervision and administrative oversight, offering training in counseling practice in accordance with psychological regulations. Interns will receive an hourly stipend of NT$210, with a schedule of four days per week.
