Grace from the HR Department of Garmin Taiwan International Aviation Electronics is pleased to announce that the company has successfully established an in-house counseling space, approved by the Taiwan Counseling Psychology Association, making it an official training site for counseling interns.

Starting next year, the company will be recruiting full-time intern psychologists. The counseling room will be equipped with both professional psychological counseling supervision and administrative guidance, in line with the regulations of the Psychologists Act, providing counseling internship training. In addition, interns will receive an internship allowance.
