113th Academic Year Winter Break Department Office Hours – Please Take Note!

1. Winter Break Office Hours:

• Duration: January 11, 2025 to February 16, 2025
• Office Hours: Monday to Friday – Full day normal office hours, with a uniform early closing at 4:30 PM during the winter break.
• Holiday Dates:
  1. University-wide Administrative Staff Break: January 24 to February 3 (11 days in total); all administrative offices will be closed.
  2. Department Assistant Off Days:
     • January: 1/17, 1/20, 1/23
     • February: 2/4, 2/5, 2/6, 2/17, 2/18, 2/28
• Office Worker Shifts:
  Office assistants will be available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with a break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).
  The assistant will be on duty on the following dates: 1/15, 1/16, 1/17, 1/20, 1/22, 1/23, 2/4, 2/5, 2/6, 2/10, 2/13, 2/14.

Important Notes:

• If you have important business to attend to during the winter break, please complete your tasks in advance and be mindful of the holiday dates.
• For activities, laboratory work, or any assistance needed, please pay attention to the schedule and arrange in advance for key pickup.
• Please note that office hours may be adjusted dynamically based on specific circumstances. It is recommended to contact the department office or your supervisor in advance by phone before visiting to avoid unnecessary trips.

2. New Semester Start Date: February 17, 2025.

Please make sure to plan accordingly and avoid any disruptions during the winter break!
