Announcement: Department Office Hours During the Summer Break of the 112th Academic Year - Please Take Note!

1. Summer Break:

   • Period: July 1 to September 8, 2024
   • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: Normal working hours with an early closing at 4:00 PM during the summer.
   • Scheduled Days Off:
     1. University-wide Administrative Days Off: July 5, 10, 11, 12, 19; August 2, 9, 23, 30; September 6. The university administrative offices will be closed on these days.
     2. Department Assistant Days Off:
        • July: 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 25, 26
        • August: 6, 7, 8, 12, 20, 27, 28, 29
   • Student Worker Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
     • July: 2, 4, 8, 15, 16, 17, 22, 24
     • August: 5, 7, 12, 14, 16, 17, 20, 26, 28

2. Important Notes:

   • If you need to handle important matters, please take care of them in advance and avoid the days when the office is closed.
   • If you need assistance with activities or laboratories, make sure to plan accordingly and borrow keys in advance.
   • The office hours may be adjusted based on the situation, so it's recommended to call (either faculty or department assistants) before visiting to avoid unnecessary trips.

3. Start of New Semester:

   • Date: September 9, 2024
