Workshop Registration Open: 2025 Advanced Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Biofeedback Workshop!
This workshop will provide an overview of heart rate variability (HRV) indicators and their clinical significance, exploring the theory and mechanisms behind HRV biofeedback. Participants will learn how contemporary polyvagal and autonomic nervous system models explain the regulation of sympathetic and parasympathetic activity through HRV training, promoting self-regulation, emotional, cognitive, and social functioning.
The workshop will also integrate Lehrer’s HRV biofeedback treatment modules, enhancing participants’ knowledge and practical skills in applying biofeedback to psychological interventions.
