2025 TACP Annual Conference & Academic Symposium – “Outstanding Master’s & Doctoral Thesis Award” Call for Submissions

At any stage of learning, a thesis represents a labor of love, a personal cornerstone built upon academic foundations. It is the product of extensive reflection, learning, and dialogue with oneself, often guided by prior knowledge. Each word and sentence is a testament to personal learning, self-reflection, and life experiences. Thus, a master’s or doctoral thesis symbolizes dedication to oneself and the field of counseling psychology.

TACP sincerely invites you to participate in the Outstanding Master’s & Doctoral Thesis Award. Showcase your knowledge, learning, and reflections on a wider stage. One to three winners will be selected and awarded at the TACP Annual Conference and Academic Symposium. We encourage enthusiastic submissions!

Eligibility:

  1. Individuals who have obtained a master’s or doctoral degree in counseling psychology or related fields within the past two years.

  2. Recommended by an academic advisor.

Awards: One to three winners will receive a medal or certificate and a cash prize.

Submission Deadline: October 13, 2025.
Notification: Results will be announced by November 3, 2025. Awardees must personally attend the 2025 TACP Annual Conference and Academic Symposium, complete online registration, and present their paper.

Submission Instructions:
Please complete the “Outstanding Master’s & Doctoral Thesis Award” application form and consent form. Submit the following three items via email to twcpa.2023@gmail.com:

  1. Abstract of your master’s or doctoral thesis (within 2,000 words)

  2. Full electronic copy of the thesis

  3. Application form and consent form

The abstract must include: research topic, objectives, methodology, results, and contributions. Please include “2025 Annual Conference Outstanding Master’s & Doctoral Thesis Award Submission” in the email subject line.

Note: Papers already submitted as oral or poster presentations are not eligible for this award.

2025 TACP Annual Conference & Academic Symposium – “Golden Pen Award – Internship Journals” Call for Submissions

A full year of master’s level full-time internships may either validate your academic learning, broaden your practical experience, or deepen your understanding of counseling psychology. Each day leaves lasting impressions on your professional growth.

We cherish and hope to share these real-life experiences, as they are both a continuation and a bridge to future practice. We invite you to convert your internship experiences into a journal within 3,000 words. One to three winners will be selected and awarded at the conference. We encourage enthusiastic submissions!

Eligibility: Licensed intern psychologists who completed full-time internships between 2023–2025.
Submission: Internship journals, format flexible, maximum 3,000 words.
Awards: One to three winners will receive a medal or certificate.
Deadline: October 13, 2025
Submission Method: Please email your journal and consent form to twcpa.2023@gmail.com with the subject line “2025 Annual Conference Golden Pen Award Submission.”
