Hello Teachers and Students!
The Department Office is a one-person administration, handling a high volume of various tasks on weekdays. In addition to daily work, I will also arrange special leave, compensatory leave, recuperation, and recharging 🔋 in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
Leave schedules are announced in advance; however, office hours may be adjusted at any time depending on the situation. If you need to handle official business or borrow items, please remember to avoid leave periods. Please use email in advance to reconfirm and schedule an appointment to avoid making a wasted trip due to sudden schedule adjustments.
During leave periods, if a student worker is on shift, the Department Office will remain open as usual, but only for students' needs regarding the use of office space, equipment, and computers. Please do not treat this as official business hours, as student workers are not responsible for administrative affairs.

P.S. Note! Regular administrative off-duty time is 5:00 PM (subject to arrival time, with an additional 30-minute flexibility).
