Course Introduction

Counseling and guidance professionals, in the spirit of "knowing, abiding by, and enforcing the law," must legally perform mandatory counseling for perpetrators and strictly respect the autonomy of victims seeking counseling.

This course will cover:

• Regulations in the Gender Equity Education Act regarding counseling for perpetrators and victims.

• The "Know-why" and "Know-how" in practical field settings.
