This workshop invites scholars from the fields of Buddhist studies and psychology to discuss a Buddhist psychotherapy model based on the Threefold Training of Precepts, Concentration, and Wisdom. The focus will be on topics such as the theory of "from language as the body to precepts as the foundation," and case analysis. The discussion will open up traditional Buddhist perspectives on "precepts," exploring how a vow to follow actions contrary to existing habits can lead to psychological transformation and healing.
