Taiwan Change Formula Association is currently running the "10,000 Plan", a recruitment and training program for youth care workers/childcare workers in juvenile placement institutions. This program is designed to encourage young individuals interested in the field of child and adolescent care to join the support system and provide services for a two-year period.
The association has sent out printed posters and is requesting support to help display them on campus bulletin boards, encouraging alumni or current graduates to sign up and contribute to the care services for children and adolescents in placement institutions.
📌 Program Overview: The "10,000 Plan" aims to recruit 12 to 20 youth to serve as youth care workers/childcare workers at placement institutions contracted with the association. These workers will provide stable services while benefiting from a comprehensive support system.

- First Phase Recruitment: November 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024
- Second Phase Recruitment: January 1, 2025 - February 16, 2025
- Third Phase Recruitment: February 17, 2025 - March 31, 2025
