Announcement: Office Hours for the Department During the Winter Break of the 112th Academic Year – Please Take Note!!

1. Winter Break: (1) Period: From January 15, 2024, to February 25, 2024. (2) Office Hours:

   1. Monday to Friday: Normal office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
   2. Scheduled Days Off: January 19, January 26, February 1, February 2, February 6, February 7, February 22 (afternoon off for external meeting), February 23, February 26, and February 27. Please note these dates if you need assistance with activities or laboratory work, and ensure to borrow the keys in advance.
   3. Office Work-Study Students: Office hours for student workers will be from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The scheduled workdays are: January 15, January 16, January 19, January 23, January 25, January 29, February 2, February 22, February 23, February 26, and February 27.
   4. For important matters that require processing during the winter break, please handle them in advance and avoid the scheduled days off. Note that office hours may change depending on the situation. It is recommended to call in advance (to the department staff or professors) before coming to the office to ensure your request can be handled to avoid an unnecessary trip.

2. Chinese New Year Holiday: From February 8, 2024, to February 19, 2024. The entire university will be on break, and the office will be closed.

3. Start of New Semester: February 26, 2024.
