This platform is designed to provide alumni and current students with a convenient way to apply for official documents off campus. Starting today, students may register and complete identity verification through the Online Document Application System, then log in to submit applications for the documents listed below. After completing payment (via ATM transfer), the University will issue and send the requested paper documents by registered mail.

Available documents include:
Replacement of lost Chinese/English diplomas, Chinese/English certificates of enrollment (registration and tuition payment required), and official transcripts.

Please visit the Office of Academic Affairs homepage (right-side service menu), or access the Online Document Application System under the Division of Registration and Curriculum.
