Please follow the path below to check the availability of department spaces and submit reservation requests according to the relevant procedures:

Seeing an open time slot does not automatically mean the space is yours.

Please make sure to complete the Room Reservation Application Form and submit it to the department office according to the regulations. Simply mentioning it verbally will not count as a reservation 🙈
